The Weapons Depot and Chop Shop  have got a new change and now can be upgraded out at level 15

 You can upgrade to level 15. You will need Specialized Parts to make Level 11-15 weapons. You must ask friends to send you Specialized Parts through feeds and requests. Special parts will not drop from jobs or fights and cannot be purchased. 

Now you have to hunt for special parts also.

To begin they are giving 15 parts each....to start with....so easy to level up and build faster
And get twice as many car parts dropped from fights and jobs.

These items listed are not unique to your account, it changes everytime......basically you have a chance to get any item from those 3 categories. Rod is working on putting together a list of items known to be produced by the chop shop here:



When you click the ask friends for parts button it publishes a request on your wall like this.

When your friends click this they will be sent to this. I have verified that the items sent are indeed random.





Step 2 - Items required to build.

As you can see here to build a Chop Shop you are required to to get 50 total items, 10 of each item.



Step 3 - Gifting Chop Shop Parts

Another way to send/receive Chop Shop parts is through the Free Gifts page. Each account is given 2 of the 5 items they are able to send so you will need help from multiple different friends to get all of the items you will need.



Step 4 - Completion & Publishing

Once you have recieved all 50 items required return to your properties page and click the build button under the Chop Shop and this is what you will get.




Step 5 - Results

Once you complete your new Chop Shop you will instantly be able to collect your first vehicle. After that it becomes available again every 24 hours producing another random vehicle.
